OK...I'm an old fart trying to get back in the game. I have a couple of questions that I would like a little help with:

1.) Just as a starting place, I last ran VP C-25 and need some suggestions on how to adjust jets and timing for the Sunoco SR-18 fuel.

2.) Also as a staring place, what would you suggest for launch RPM and shift point RPM for a 2325 lb C/A car with engine that has peak torque at 8200 and peak hp at 9300?

3.) Does anybody have a method to calculate optimum tire width based on weight and horsepower?

Just need some good starting points. Going to knock off all the cobwebs and do a little testing this month at San Antonio. Trying to get back in the game.

Just saw this, still looking for help? Not much on the second two, what carb or carbs are you running, engine size? C25 is a much better fuel, vaporization properties are better than the Sunoco fuel. Getting the carb or carbs to atomize fuel better is what you want to do, better boosters are the first place to look. I recently reworked some BLP Mini Bo's on an E/AA, the mini annular boosters work well without being restrictive to airflow, when I'm not restrict by carb size I'll use a full annular.
