Change from C-25 to SR-18 - What's involved

I haven't gone through a change in fuels before, so I don't know all of the in's and out's. What changes do you think will need made?
Jetting?
Timing?
Plug type and or gap?
Valve lash?
If it gets more involved than these, I'll stand in line with the others that are pretty upset.

C25 to SR18

I asked the exact same question to two different Sunoco reps. at the PRI show.

I was very disappointed with the answer that I got. Here are some exact quotes,

After asking about timing, jetting,......... and if anyone had done back to back testing.

Sunoco _"It's worth up to 20 HP more than VP".

me_ "on what, a 1 HP engine".

Sunoco_ "we had a racer do a back to back test"

me_ "was he a comp. elim. racer or a Pro Stock racer?"

Sunoco_ "it was (a bracket racer who's name I won't mention)"

me _ "anyone else"

Sunoco_ "we've had a couple of other guys test it, but we don't have any feedback yet"

me_ "OK, thanks"
